Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last year, my family and I went on a vacation and totally enjoyed ourselves. What we experienced, upon returning home, will be embedded in our memories forever. Our lovely house was a complete disaster; water gushing all over, ceiling coming down, our furniture and belongings all drenched.
After the initial shock, we realized that we needed professional support. A Google search turned up the company ONT Restoration (OR) and I made the call of a lifetime. On that long weekend holiday, the staff came over in less than 30 minutes. They told us not to enter the house due to the potential danger. That OR team came totally prepared to handle our predicament. Our only task was finding ourselves extended accommodation.
The following day, my spouse and I met with the company’s management team, who explained the complete process. Taking the time to sit with us and assure us of their full support was really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the house had to be gutted and the inside fully rebuilt. It took a while before we could return to a fully renovated home. During this time, ONT Restoration team was always there with a high level of quality service. In this regard, we have to highlight the various OR groups, who were with us: all the way from a flooded house to a full renovated beautiful home.
The cleanup crew did an excellent job of drying out the house, packaging our household items and taking them off site. They were very understanding and answered the numerous concerns we had. They were so helpful and patient, when we wanted boxes of items stored at OR
The Administrative staff was always just a phone call away. I may have been overbearing at times with my concerns but they only showed professionalism. We will always remember the empathy, understanding, support and cooperation received from them
But the main work, the complete house restoration, was performed by the rebuilt team. We cannot say enough of how they brought our home back to a wonderful state. They also demonstrated professionalism and full knowledge and experience in their field. They showed patience with our ongoing concerns and completed the project with our requests in mind.
We cannot but praise ONT Restoration staff and management for bringing our home back and helping us to forget the horrific period that we experienced. Thank you so much ONT Restoration!
